Senior Finance Manager (For Environmental Sustainability Industry)

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Experience: 8–12 years in accounting and finance, with managerial experience and UK accounting exposure.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and supervise two accountants, ensuring task allocation, performance monitoring, and timely delivery.

 Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions across all four entities.

 Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, including journal entries,

accruals, reconciliations, and trial balance reviews.

 Prepare and review customer-specific reports.

 Oversee VAT return preparation and payments.

 Support the Finance Director with audits, budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

 Liaise with the UK finance team to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.

 Identify and implement process improvements and maintain documentation of SOPs and internal controls.
